This 40-hour course takes participants on a transformative journey to rediscover their inner strength and reshape their lives. Using principles from Marya Kazmi’s writing and the Pain to Power talk show, participants will explore identity, race, and culture; challenge ingrained social norms; and develop tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and empowered communication.
